Abstract

A new approach to using selectively sensitive sensors (photodiode) for detection and identification ofmixed substanceshas been studied. The studied application is the optical photocurrent analysis for identification and quantification of mixtures in natural objects with calculation capability of quantitative data (the spectral sensing range of 230…1000 nm). In this work, a new portable photospectrometer concept has been designed which is using a selectively sensitive sensor and makes the device to be low-cost and multipurpose.
