Abstract

Analysis of the current state of research on the problems of operative planning and allocation of resources in the specialized informational system of an enterprise showed that by now many methods, models, algorithms and techniques for operational planning, allocation and scheduling have been developed. However, most of the earlier approaches were aimed at solving problems of planning in individual elements and subsystems of complex information systems without coordination and consideration of mutual influence, without taking into account the uncertainties and factors related to the multicriteria formulation of relevant planning tasks. In this paper, we describe a dynamic model for solving the problem of integrated planning and allocation of resources in the specialized information system of an enterprise to improve the efficiency and quality of its functioning.
