Abstract
Determining the rational regimes for fine – blade processing of non-ferrous metals and alloys makes it possible to establish the laws of the cutting process. The traditional practice of designating the regime parameters of processing is methodically subjective as it does not take into account the wear of the rear face in time, as well as the power impacts. It is proved that at processing copper alloys, the costs of the process of the regime parameter control are minimized by variable power consumption, cutting forces and roughness of the processed surface.
