Abstract

The problems of mathematical and computer modeling of the cutting tool at regrinding are investigated. A mathematical model taking into account the optimization criterion for determining the number of movements of the cutting tool, its accuracy and machined surface quality are developed and implemented. An optimization computer modeling for disk shaped cutters, broaches, hobs, cutters, shaped cutters, drills is developed and applied. A number of graphical simulation models of cutting tools for a variety of purposes - from the receipt of the working drawing of the cutting tool to the analysis of complex three-dimensional cutting allowance schemes in the processing and shaping are developed.
