Abstract
Free thyroxine and somatotropic hormones level in blood were detected in intact pregnant rate and those chronic stress, as well as their offspring. Thyroxine level was decreased in both groups and in offspring. Significant changes were not observed in amounts of somatotropic hormone. The possible mechanisms of the detected changes were discussed.
