Abstract
The features of the oil emulsification process in water at applying ultrasonic vibrations from the standpoint of the process kinetics are considered. Investigations for specifying the mechanism and the mathematical description of the process kinetics of the oil ultrasonic emulsification in water are carried out whose results show that two kinds of emulsions arise at emulsification. The issue of formation of a closed loop in that process being a necessary characteristic of self-organization processes is studied. Materials for finding the new structureof a substance with a greater specific weight compared to that of water at ultrasonic emulsification are studied.
