Abstract

A structure of a forming bunker for a two-chamber hopper supplier with two forming conveyers carried out in the form of endless belts is proposed. The conveyers can make both progressive and oseillating movements. The oseillating motions of conveyers are reported by means of eccentrics (clowns) mounted in the lower part of the forming bunker which are offset from each other at an angle of 1800 degrees. The eccentrics (clowns) report to the counter oscillations to the lower shafts of carriers. Such a structure of the forming bunker provides a sharp reduction of the cotton hangup between the carriers and the uniform multiplexing of the fibrous material on the possibly bigger section of the forming bunker in front of the removing shafts (rollers) which provide a satisfactory formation of a cotton flooring on a little table of the combing machine.
