Abstract
The functions of the settlements and operational orientation included as a result of the magnification of communities in Syunik province have a direct connection with the number of the population, which is considered to be the main indicator of the predetermination of all types of building capacity in the area of the settlement and in its area. The link between the location of the settlement and the number of the population will allow do constructive adjustments in the structure of the organization of architectural schemes of the settlements in expansion communities.
