Abstract

Changes in social and economic formulation have had a certain impact on the formation of private and public house building. There was a public stratification and according to it the typical classification of residential houses, the types of residential houses that were targeted to low, middle and high income social groups were gradually formed. Based on the results of an existing international experience analysis, in Armenia, both the participation of all target groups (extreme poverty, poor, middle poverty) and the state support models of those groups can be applied out of various models of social housing fund.
