Аннотация

The term "potential of use" is proposed, which expresses a set of knowledge about the possibilities of using architectural-urban planning objects historically connected with the fortress-settlement and located on its territory. We call the possibilities of using the fortress-settlement factors of its investment attractiveness. A model of the investment cadastre of fortress was developed based on the rating of the factors of investment attractiveness for identifying the potential of using their architectural heritage.
