Abstract

In order to solve the problems standing before the functional-structural organization of industrial enterprises, which were formed in Armenia in the past centures, it is offered to applicate the model which is representing those objects. It is the complex that in the form of “Industrial object – System”, consisting of Functional, Social and Material subsystems. The Functional and Social subsystems are considered. Shortcomings in the subsystems are indicated. Some mechanizms of improvement of The System are elaborated. They are given in the form of directions of the architectural-construction reconstruction (Functional-technological, Social and Technical-economical). The content of those directions and some examples of their implementation are given.
