Abstract

Rehabilitation of Hilis dam in Askeran region of NKR has an important economic value. For this reason technical condition analysis for main engineering structures of damaged dam have been completed and as a result, rehabilitation possibilities have been revealed, basics of damage-rehabilitation works and their implementation sequences have been given. Given basics can be a ground to elaborate design-estimation documentations for rehabilitation works.
