Abstract

A comprehensive analysis of the potential opportunities of the Lоri мarz outlines ways for sustainable development is carried out, and through the action plan gives the required directions for their phased implementation. The commensurate sectors of the economy in this case are tourism and industry, which, with the provision of appropriate infrastructures, can release the above mentioned processes. For the development of settlements in accordance with the principles of sustainability, issues of modernization of public places, engineering communications, degraded industrial zones in planning structures of cities were considered. In this process, special importance is given to the preservation and restoration of cultural and historical heritage.
