Abstract

In the case of hydraulic shock accompanied by intermediate break of continuity of fluid current an additional rise of pressure is created in the pipeline. If operation pipeline of great length pumping of pumping station is transferring from a big slope into a small one on the vertical plane, then in case of emergency break of power by pump unit break of fluid current may be created in that section in consequence of which two columns of fluid will be created moved back from each other, in which transition phenomena are implemented independently. Using the equation of non-stationary movement of impressible fluids the periods of creation and elimination of breaks is defined. It was found out that in case of availability of the line bypassing the reverse valve, while fluid continuity has not been established on the whole length of the pipeline, the lower column of the fluid will acquire reverse speed in which consequence rise of pressure created from collision of the columns is reduced, hence break of power on the reduction of the shock has a favorable impact.
