Abstract
Factors required for the dynamic development of the urban environment, and the possibilities of organizing and applying new approaches to the existing architectural spatial environment are under consideration. In general, architecture as the largest visual media element of the environment, with its complex forms of space-planning decisions, creations of art, as well as design ideas, has a positive influence on human psychology. Some examples of studio works of MA course graduate students are presented.
