Abstract
Strength and stability of pressure pipelines are threatened with their impermissible oscillations which can cause great damages in some cases comparable with natural disasters. Changes of hydrodynamic parameters of fluid passing through pressure pipes have considerable impact on their oscillations. As a consequence of analysis of individual members of the derived formula for pulsating shear stress. In turbulent flow a number of engineering measures have been suggested which will enable to create conditions when pipes are guaranteed against hazardous oscillations.
