Abstract

Methods of strengthening the buildings and constructions are considered, in the result of which the latter becomes durable and steady. These are silicatization, bituminization and cementation. “Sewing” methods are presented here, which can be productively used in the earthquake zones. They are already applied for affected buildings and have been acquitted themselves. Compared with the other methods they are not expensive and can be implemented in short time.
