Abstract
The issues are discussed based on the critical thinking of the m ost common ways of personnel potential organization of infrastructural network companies and options of effective management of organization are suggested by using and empowering personnel potential of networks in the micro economical, imperative innovation and modernization conditions. Two types of infrastructural networks, their features and the structure of personnel potential management were observed by horizontal and vertical integration.
