Abstract

T h e i s s u e s o f m echanisms, physical-chemical processes, as well as prospective use of composite materials for obtaining widely applied construction materials from chemical binder which is sodium silicate and application these construction materials as acid-proof, fire-proof, thermal insulation materials are considered in the paper . The technological parameters and properties of glass conglomerates on the basis of amorphous and crystalline volcanic rock and liquid glass have been introduced together with energy-saving technology show the preference of a new development ,compared with the existing technology on the basis of acid-persistent clay.
