Abstract
Qualitative features of the wastewater are presented, generated from the production of meat and dairy products: a large number of contaminants of organic production and the presence of bacteria in the dangerous sanitary point of view. The importance is given to the necessity of a proper degree of purification of these waters, in order to protect the environment, particularly for the protection of water sources. This problem has a particular significance taking into account the current wastewater conditions in the republic when waste waters are flushing in basins or release in ravines without purification.
