Abstract

Regulating the level of intergranular hollowness it is possible to obtain light concrete on the basis of bulking obsidian with certain strength and average density. Stronger light concrete can be obtained at the expense of portion growth of fine fraction; however the average density of concrete thus increases. It is revealed that stronger concrete is obtained at the 350 ... 380 kg cement consumption.
