Abstract

In the article a complete classification of the road maintenance facilities on the main national highways is realised based on the international and local experience, on the basis of its operational importance and target value and taking into account their necessity and expediency on the territory of the Republic of Armenia. In essence, it reflects also on new approaches and proposals in this regard, the implementation of which will significantly increase the range of services offered on the main national highways, will improve the quality or road service and promote economic development and create a certain number of jobs in the surrounding areas.
