Abstract
Analyzing the positive and negative sides of frame building technology used in the construction, a new version of construction of joint-monolithic frame buildings is suggested, with external bearing walls and columns, with prestressed joint girders and coverings. The construction and facing methods of monolithic three-layered external walls, as well as methods of joint girder and joint unit of columns application have been mentioned. Combining the advantages of monolithic and joined construction, the improvement of technical-economic indicators of frame buildings, the enhancement of exploitation quality and qualitative variety of architectural solutions is provided.
