Abstract
This paper is the second part of the paper published by Scientific Papers of NUACA [2] where was explained the position of a great Italian intellectual of half XX century about the transformation or destruction of historical cities in the name of “progress”. After the short premise is reported the full transcription of his interview I did about twenty years ago.
