Abstract

2,687 ha of land were irrigated in the past by mechanical means using Noyemberyan pumping stations, which currently do not work, and for their rehabilitation more integrations are required. Thus, it is suggested to irrigate those farms by free-flow. The solution of the problem of irrigation of these lands and evaluation of the effectiveness are offered. With this method it will be possible to save to 28.5 million kW / h of electricity each year that will be also effective in providing irrigation rates, corresponding to agrotechnical dates and irrigation regimes in handled crops.
