Abstract
The philosophical analysis of theme is conducted by the following point of view: in comparison of prefixes of industrial and postindustrial informational publics of capitalism’s development.The tendencies of informational capitalism’s globalization and features of national countries socio-cultural transformations in that context were discussed. Special reflect was done to the sequences caused by modern informational means in problem of postindustrial public and formation of man’s mono-metrics
