Abstract
The changes of dynamics of the human vital psychological conditions during the organization and development of the architectural spatial environment are observed. In the middle of the past century, worldwide started development of public and private construction, which aroused great interest among the Regulatory professionals in the architectural development areas. The factor of human visual-psychological perception was of great importance in the process of organizing and developing architectural-spatial environment.
