Abstract

In the article the philosophical analysis of culture is conducted in the following point of view: culture characterizes person’s freedom grade in nature and public, and accentuates on the point that the culture is not only item of public system, but one of its qualifying characterizer. We paid special attention to the civilization reasons of Western spiritual crisis. That fear also was expressed in the technique philosophy, the representatives of which are working to understand created contradiction and find exits for problem solution. Special reflection was put to those exits analysis.
