Abstract
Corrosion occurrences in reinforced concrete constructions and means of protection are considered. Researches were conducted in Kapan region which differs with the centralization by the location of three big mining companies in a comparatively small territory. The experiments upon the efficiency of the carbonization of the concrete’s protection cover were done by using different kinds of cement, depending on different conditions of application. The dependence of the depth and strength of the carbonized cover of reinforced concrete constructions on the place of their location and water-cement proportion is defined by conducted researches.
