Abstract

A technology of purification of polluted water by distillation is proposed, which due to its technological simplicity can be applied for purification of water having any degree of pollution. Application of solar energy allows to reduce the energy costs. The optimal use of energy in this technology, when the energy consumed for water distillation, is used to heat a new portion of polluted water, allows to reduce the area of solar collectors. This allows the technology to be economically efficient and easy to apply. The intentions of development of mining industry in Armenia allow us to confirm, that the implementation of the proposed technology has no alternative.
