Abstract

The experience of several countries in the construction of social houses, advantages and disadvantages of each of them, as well as the reasonability of the construction of social houses in Armenia in term of this experience are given. The problems of the construction of such buildings and the role of the government in this matter are analyzed. Social houses construction depends on the various factors, such as architectural solutions, the convenience of apartments, climate and mentality, the choice of materials, economic conditions, the analysis of which will raise the quality of construction and satisfy the demands of the people living in different parts of the world.
