Abstract
The results of studies of heavy concrete structures are presented, where different plasticizers – softeners, superplasticizers and hyperplasticizers have been used. Preliminary experiments determined optimal quantities of plasticizing additives. The influence of plasticizers on mobility and strength of concrete is also investigated. As a result of the research the B 20 class heavy concrete composition was developed on the basis of the plasticizing additives, that showed the best result.
