On a representation of the Riemann zeta function (Ռիմանի զեթ ֆունկցիայի մի ներկայացման մասին)

In this paper a new representation of the Riemann zeta function in the disc U(2,1) is obtained: ζ (z) = 1 z−1 + ∞ ∑ n=0 (−1) nαn(z−2) n , where the coefficients αk are real numbers tending to zero. Hence is obtained γ = lim m→∞ " n−1 ∑ k=0 ζ (k) (2) k! −n # , where γ is the Euler–Mascheroni constant.
