Abstract
In this article are considered topical problems of existential needs and motivation of modern youth. Also, have been analyzed some methodological approaches to the study of the existential foundations of professional activity. An attempt has been made to interpret a successful professional self-realization and harmony of external and internal personal vectors from the standpoint of an integrated approach.
