Abstract
The current article studies the dynamics of relations between the European Union and Armenia, Georgia and Moldova in 2013-2017, as well as the manifestations of the application of the principle of differentiation over the three countries as a result of reviewed European Neighbourhood Policy in 2015. The article also discusses the application of people-to-people contacts component of the Eastern Partnership over Armenia, Georgia and Moldova and outlines the directions of the development of bilateral relations with the EU.
