Abstract
The article examines the interaction of Armenia with NATO through the prism of the principle of complementarity, which is one of the cornerstones of the National Security Strategy of Armenia. On concrete facts and examples, attempts are shown to translate this principle by Armenian diplomacy into the country's real policy. The possibilities of preserving this principle are analyzed taking into account the increasingly complicated international and regional situation.
