Abstract
The article presents the selection of achievements of modern foreign theory and practice of working of concepts of corporate (organizational) culture as a factor of development of modern paradigm of management by human resources, in line with introduction of management activities, based on results of schematic description of the model and comparative analyze of the corporate culture conducted in international and local non-governmental organizations.
