Abstract

Founded in 1887, the Hnchakyan party played an important role in the Armenian national liberation struggle of 1885-1908 gg. The program documents of the party were recorded position of tactics and strategies to achieve the liberation of the Armenian people. The author of most of these provisions was the founder and theoretician of the party A. Nazarbekyan. As usually happens with party ideologues, A. Nazarbekyan sometimes put above partisanship and to the issues of the Armenian liberation movement do not always act with due impartiality.
