Аннотация

The article does research on semantic rows in some post-Soviet countries foreign policy concepts. Special attention is paid to the Russian experience of foreign policy conceptualization. Russian experts and politicians views and debates on what foreign policy of the country should be are showed. The author stresses necessity to study the importance of values, identity and national interests in correct understanding of foreign policy of contemporary sovereign state. Semantic rows of the Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tadjikistan foreign policy concepts are analyzed. Conclusion is that these independent states aspire to explain their international policy vectors. The countries actively use different arguments to make benefits from international alliances which they are members of.
