The modern world is characterized by process of an etnization of various spheres of society. The sign and a modality of an etnization can vary in the big range from absolutization of ethnicity to ethnic nihilism. In legal life the ethnic factor proceeds to amplify promptly, the state legal policy is promptly filled with ethnic parameters. Meanwhile in science there is no unambiguous understanding of essence and the maintenance of the factors generating so ambiguous phenomenon. The scientific generalized analysis of an etnization of legal policy is provided in article that can form a basis for understanding not only the major factors generating her, but also developments of necessary explanations from the point of view of gnoseology of the studied problem, studying and syntheses of law-enforcement practice in the sphere of ethnicity.
