This article is devoted to some peculiarities of the Armenian-Georgian economic cooperation. Armenia that experiences very hard consequences of economic blockade has to build-up its trade, energy and investments ties with Republic of Georgia. The author stresses that the main spheres of the economic ties involve energy, transportation and tourism. The article shows a mosaic and although a controversial picture of the bilateral ties, suggests that it is necessary to settle some regional conflicts and to combine the Eurasian Economic Union and European Union impact on the two countries in order to advance the ArmenianGeorgian relations forward. It is obvious that some economic projects of two states like a participation in the North-South corridor serve as an opportunity not only for the Caucasus region but also for many regions and countries beyond it.
