Abstract

The author refers to the war on Artsakh-Azerbaijan border as of April 2-5, 2016 in a complex form and analyzes the cause-and-effect relations of those events. Political frameworks of Armenia should draw serious conclusions from the existing situation and take real policy- driven strategic measures. The main conclusion is that, the so- called Azerbaijan is a terrorist - military formation, thus the only way of dialogue should be military- diplomatic language. It's a small “empire”, a real prison for indigenous people and it is doomed to destruction. The Azerbaijani people are not even a nation, just a community.
