Abstract

The author wonders why even the states that survived for hundreds of years are disappearing. The basis of this phenomenon for the author is the peculiar relationship between the state and the social subject who is in the role of the head / the elite being close to the “food-tub” of the power/, in which the latter no doubt tries to solve his most important problem, i.e. Reproduction. It is underlined the importance of a creative society. People gifted with a high creative potency are distinguished by flexibility and transparency, and width of interests. They prefer complex phenomenon to simple ones, are less interested in details than in general ideas and symbolic transformations. They are not revengers, but are ambitious and are clearly intended to achieving the goal, more often they have “a feeling of self-importance”. Overall, they show the great power of their own “Self”, are more introspective and estimate inner harmony both of their own, and the environment in general. In the creative society not the proposals of work by seller or broker are important, but the employment itself, which always uses new knowledge, new complex technologies and requires non- 63 standard way of thinking and public experience. Creative people form new society with social norms typical to creative activity.
