Аннотация

The article is dedicated to the study of the problems of modern man’s upbringing, in which the author as an executive for the man’s formation process outlines the family institute as the basic cell of the society. Based on the analysis of different education systems the author comes to a conclusion that only the family can lay down the foundations of the process of child’s rational upbringing. Observing different aspects of the process of youth generation education that effect on the formation of a person, the author suggests to apply a complex approach to the issue of education, in which the responsibility for the sector of educating a valuable man besides the family should bear also the state.
