Abstract

On the eve of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide though belatedly but definitely a true step was made in the preaching, economic lobbing and finally legal dimensions act as a claimant and compel the heirs of criminals not only to confront to their own history and publically apologize for it but also to compensate all kinds of losses caused Armenians. According to the author, the compensation contains the following important elements: 45 a/ to continue and complete the trial of the chief criminals and their minions, and even belated to clarify the measures of liability; b/ return and compensation of confiscated and looted material values in return for unreturned murders, sufferings, cultural, religious and educational-illuminating lost opportunities; c/ on a highest state level and publically recognition and an apology; d/ long-term actions for full recovery of Armenians and promotion of viability; e/ measures that in certain cases will cure the society showing criminal tendencies.
