Abstract

How are the existing ideas paving their way? What mechanisms are working? Through what social groups are the new ideas spread? As can be seen from the examples of successful countries, the National idea is located in national domain. In this respect how is the situation in Armenia? Are the “main problems” and the goals recognized by the elite? Is it possible to just select “a national idea” or it should be subjected to necessary reformulations. In the article it is attempt to find answers to these questions.
