ՄԻԱՁՈՒՅԼ ԿՐՈՂ ԵՌԱՇԵՐՏ ՊԱՏԵՐԻ ԿԱՌՈՒՑՈՒՄ

The proposal concerns the construction sphere. The purpose of which is to develop a formwork which will allow to build cast-in-place three-layer walls. A new type of blocked formwork has been proposed, with the help of which the walls are faced with stone tiles composed of concrete protective, bearing and insulating layers. The formwork is light and simple structured, formwork operations are performed manually. Due to several innovations, the reliability of the formwork has increased. Thermal resistance of the walls being constructed was determined.

The research subject is the opposition of the specificities of digital media and the creative process. The influence of digital tools in the context of speculative thinking on the architecture has been observed. The purpose of the article is to analyze the fundamental features of digital tools in the main stages of professional experience development. It has been shown that digital media as a visual abstract system at the present stage of its development is able to directly influence the immediate physical environment surrounding us.

The subject matter of the article is the normal development of classical ideas of the space and the problem of integration of digital tools in the context of contemporary architectural dialogue. The article presents the basic features of digital space, in particular the principle of viewing digital bodies as complete templates. It has been shown that working principles of digital tools have a direct impact on architectural design and experience.

Представлено исследование процесса преобразования городской среды на примере г. Флоренции Италии. Особое внимание уделено анализу метаморфоз городской среды и сочетанию старого и нового, практике строительства надстроек и пристроек в условиях сложившейся городской застройки с 13…21-й вв. Рассмотрены и выведены отдельные принципы, влияющие на восприятие объемно – пространственной композиции исторического города на основе результатов натурного обследования.

In parallel with the enlargement of the city of Tehran, the peculiarities of the construction of small and average number of storeys residential buildings in the central (old) residential areas are observed. The residential development changes during the newest history of Tehran are presented. The peculiarities of the residential houses with average number of storeys, connection with the old and new architecture, as well as the specific features of the residential houses with average number of storeys have become the subject of the study.

А new and simpler method for calculation of annual river inflow of Lake Sevan was developed, and was assessed annual river inflow vulnerability caused by climate change. Multifactor regression relation for assessment of annual river inflow was developed. The results derived from Community Climate System Model 4 (CCSM4) model are used for assessment of climate change impact on the annual river inflow of Lake Sevan. The results show high vulnerability of annual river inflow to climate change.

The significance of Geghardadzor caves as tourist objects has been revealed. These can be objects of research for architects, geophysics, geology and geomorpholia professionals and tourists.However, the protection of most of them is not solved. In the case of involvement of caves into economic circulation and use of tourist facilities, their preservation should also be ensured. It is recommended to walk on a hiking trail, which includes dozens of caves in Gegharddzor.

The comprehensive content and application areas of the maps obtained as a result of multi-purpose cadastre analysis are presented based on which the data on the qualitative properties of agricultural land have been analyzed. A multi-purpose cadastre includes not only multi-level data on land and natural resources, but also, in essence, includes comprehensive information about space organization, scientific and technical planning and efficient use of land, which integrates the functioning of legal and fiscal systems into one unified group in the GIS environment. A methodology for developing a multipurpose inventory has been proposed.

О НЕОБХОДИМОСТИ СТРАХОВАНИЯ И ПЕРЕСТРАХОВАНИЯ ОТ ЗЕМЛЕТРЯСЕНИЯ

Рассмотрена необходимость страхования и перестрахования от землетрясения. Рассказано, что катастрофы могут быть природного и антропогенного характера, приводится их классификация. Рассматриваются понятия “катастрофический риск” и “сейсмический риск”, при этом подчеркивается, что “сейсмический риск” в вопросах страхования и перестрахования является составной частью “катастрофического риска”, в связи с чем и понятие “катастрофический риск” рассматривается с точки зрения страховых компаний. Анализируется программа защиты имущества от сейсмического риска путем введения обязательного страхования и перестрахования.

Regional economic integration within the framework of the EAEU implies the cooperation and coordination of processes in a number of sectors carried out by the member states, in accordance with the mechanisms and principles regulated by the policy of each sector. Energy is one of such important sectors whose policies are aimed at forming a common energy market. The article presents the stages of the formation of the common energy market of the EAEU and energy integration, their features and prospects for development.

ՄԱՍՏԱՐԱՅԻ ՋՐԱՄԲԱՐԻ ԳԵՈԴԵԶԻԱԿԱՆ ՈՒՍՈՒՄՆԱՍԻՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԸ

The Mastara reservoir is designed to regulate the flow of Mastara mudflow, in order to reduce the risk of coastal destruction, to complete the shortage of water required for irrigation in six districts of the Armavir region. The project implementation will allow in the beneficial areas mechanically by the irrigated lands to provide the opportunity to irrigate the somatic soils by irrigation, saving energy and electricity costs.To ensure the waterproofing of the reservoir, taking into account its technical and economic characteristics, it is recommended to build reservoirs with geomembrane overlap. During the preliminary study of the reservoir engineering and geodetic works were carried out. With the help of Trimble UX 5 unmanned aerial vehicle aerial photography has been implemented, with the layout of 1: 5000 and 1: 1000 scale. The end result was an orthophoto and a cloud of points, with the help of which the three-dimensional model of the area was obtained.
