Abstract

The designs of available residential buildings are presented herein, which include architectural factors: buildings location on territory depending on the rules of fire resistance, insolation and configuration of structures. The presented factors include urban factors: geological characteristics of territories, the availability of a road network and the distribution of territories by price zones. These factors are compared to economic factors in the case of different floors, with their estimated and exploitative values, as a result of the optimal construction options.
