Abstract
The article covers the typological classification of public structures built in the 19th century and the beginning of 20th century in Gyumri. The locations of the buildings and the construction period was listed, which have been preserved so far and have been designed to have a public function from the beginning. The administrative , educational institutions, cultural homes, commercial establishments, hotels, medical institutions, baths were monitored.
