Abstract
In the construction practice of Armenia is widely used the monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which has a number of advantages from the point of view both building planning and constructive solution. The frame constructive system significantly reduces the weight of the building, which is extremely decisive in the earthquake conditions. At the same time, as a rule, external walls are carried out from traditional shortage materials (pumice block, tuf regular stones). This kind of solutions substantially increases the weight of the building and impairs thermal resistance of walls. In the last years, we have developed several solutions of the lightweight hanging walls, some of them have been invested in construction. In present work is observed and proposed more advanced, breathing hanging wall construction. In the same time, wall lining can be done from both natural and artificial stone plates, by using the ventilated compartment and fastening anchors.
